How We Process Your Data
Legal Bases for Processing

Data Processing Agreement
When you use ClearOne CRMto manage your customers' data, we act as a data processor on your behalf. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
International Data Transfers
When we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and adequacy decisions where applicable.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Sub-processors
We use carefully selected sub-processors to help deliver our Service. All sub-processors are contractually bound to the same data protection standards we uphold. A list of our sub-processors is available upon request.
